New name for MFPToolBox and now support for HP M9040mfp, M9050mfp, CM6030mfp og CM6040mfp

MFPToolBox is changing name to MFP FaxManager. The Scan to Folder functionen has been removed because it is a default option today in all HP MFP's. MFP FaxManager version 2.0 now also supports HP M9040mfp, M9050mfp og CM6030mfp and CM6040mfp. Get more information here.
